After familiarizing ourselves with our clients’ businesses and objectives, we assess their needs in the areas of policy development and compliance.  Our goals are to prevent employment disputes and limit liability exposure from workplace litigation and agency claims, and to protect our clients from the loss and/or misappropriation of confidential information and intellectual property.  To accomplish this goal we guide our clients through human resources self audits in the wage and hour, termination and leave areas, and counsel and assist our clients in drafting agreements, policies and procedures that ensure compliance and protect proprietary and confidential information.  We also counsel our clients regarding terminations and severance issues.  Finally, we offer employment training that is uniquely tailored to our clients, ranging from large corporations to small companies, such as hospitals, national manufacturing companies, pharmaceutical companies, banks, major real estate and development companies and public utilities.
