Lori M. Waldron is Co-Chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross Life Sciences Practice Group. She is a trusted transactional advisor whose practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth, middle market, and established public and private companies across the life sciences sector. She represents biotechnology, pharmaceutical, specialty pharma, medical device, diagnostics, and healthcare-adjacent companies, as well as the investors, founders, and strategic partners that support them.
Ms. Waldron has extensive experience representing clients through all phases of their business cycles and advising them how to best take advantage of varying business opportunities, whether arising in the ordinary course of business or as an extraordinary matter. She is known for guiding life sciences companies through transformative transactions and complex strategic growth initiatives. Her practice includes sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, licensing and sublicensing transactions, joint ventures, divestitures, and other strategic combinations involving proprietary technologies, therapeutic platforms, intellectual property portfolios, and FDA-regulated products and services. She counsels clients on R&D, supply, and commercialization arrangements, and other critical operational and transactional matters unique to regulated life sciences businesses.
Prior to joining Sills Cummis & Gross, Ms. Waldron was Assistant General Counsel at a national consulting firm with a large presence in the pharmaceuticals industry. Ms. Waldron is able to combine her business background and her M.B.A. with her legal knowledge to provide clients with full service representation.
