Sills Cummis & Gross Represents the Zionist Organization of America in Sale of New York City Building for $38+ Million

The Zionist Organization of America, a New York not-for-profit corporation founded in 1897 to aid in the development of the State of Israel and fight anti-Semitism, has sold its office building in Manhattan to an affiliate of the Caerus Group LLC for $38,200,000.   The building is a 5-story office building with ground floor retail space located at 4 East 34th Street.   At Closing, the Seller leased back certain office space on a temporary basis while it acquires a new Manhattan location to serve as its national headquarters.
