Michael A. Baselice is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Employment and Labor Practice Group. He represents management in litigation before federal and state courts, focusing on claims involving discrimination, retaliation, accommodation, and hostile work environment. Additionally, he assists employers with in-house investigations. His experience also extends to litigating labor grievances and unfair labor practices.
Mr. Baselice also has experience in commercial litigation matters, and in representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Baselice started his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris/Sussex County Vicinage.
