Trent S. Dickey has more than 40 years of experience representing major domestic and foreign corporations in all aspects of complex commercial, intellectual property and management-side employment litigation. His clientele span a broad spectrum of industries in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Dickey has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, both jury and bench trials, in federal and state courts throughout the nation and he currently represents major clients in China, Japan and Europe.

Mr. Dickey’s clients range from Fortune 100 companies to significant private enterprises. In complex commercial litigation, his wide expertise covers: breach of contract; joint venture and distribution agreements; theft of trade secrets; trademark and copyright disputes; patent litigation; business torts; real estate disputes; and other intellectual property right actions.  Mr. Dickey’s expertise includes an extensive background in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) before the various arbitration and mediation tribunals. His practice also encompasses the defense of employment claims including: race, gender and age discrimination and sexual harassment; wrongful discharge; allegations of breach of executive employment contracts, restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements; and fiduciary duty actions.
