Surgical Group Lands $24M Verdict in Dispute with Valley Hospital

Sills Cummis’ Joseph Fiorenzo represented a neurosurgery practice in connection with the revocation of their staff privileges by Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.  A Bergen County jury awarded $24.3 million to the neurosurgery practice. Fiorenzo was assisted at trial by Stephen Klein.
