Paul Salvatoriello is an experienced trial attorney with over two decades of litigation experience, spanning both the private and public sectors. His legal practice is focused on complex commercial litigation matters and appeals.
Mr. Salvatoriello’s courtroom experience includes appearances in both federal and state courts, including conducting jury trials, and arguing appeals on complex and novel issues of law before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Salvatoriello’s public sector experience includes serving as a Special Assistant to the New Jersey Attorney General. In that policy role, he provided crucial counsel to the Attorney General on criminal justice, homeland security, and State Police matters. Additionally, he served as the Attorney General’s liaison with New Jersey’s religious communities. He started his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter G. Verniero of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
