Hillary J. Buyea is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate financing matters for institutional and private lenders for various asset types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, co-op buildings, hotels, and tugboats in both single asset and portfolio transactions. Her experience includes structuring deals and drafting and negotiating documentation for all forms of financing, including loan workouts and modifications, as well as asset-based lending.
