In the November 30, 2020 New Jersey Law Journal 2019 Top Verdicts and Settlements supplement, Sills Cummis & Gross and Litigation Department Co-Chair Joseph Fiorenzo along with Associate Stephen Klein ranked #3 among the Top Verdicts of 2019. Joseph Fiorenzo, assisted by Stephen Klein, represented a neurosurgery practice in connection with the revocation of their staff privileges by Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. A Bergen County jury awarded $24.3 million to the neurosurgery practice. This also ranked as the #1 verdict under the “Contracts” category.
