Gisselly R. Perez-Astwood is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. Her practice encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and corporate finance matters, including commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments, mezzanine foreclosures/dispositions of collateral, capital commitment-backed subscription credit facilities, and acquisitions. She represents major financial institutions, real estate developers, private equity funds, and other institutional investors.
While in law school, Ms. Perez-Astwood served as Symposium Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review, Secretary for the Associations of Black Law Students and Latin American Law Students, and Student Attorney in the Child Advocacy Clinic. She is fluent in Spanish.
