NJBIZ reported that Richard H. Epstein became Managing Partner and R. Max Crane became Chairman on October 1, at the start of Sills Cummis’ new fiscal year.
The article credits Crane’s almost two decades of leadership as Managing Partner for “play[ing] a big part in helping solidify Sills Cummis as one of the largest and most successful corporate law firms in the region by maintaining a ‘client-first focus’.” Epstein, who is also Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, stated, “I am honored to assume the role of managing partner and grateful for Max’s steadfast leadership and mentorship.
