Sills Cummis & Gross Takes Home “New Jersey Firm of the Year” at 2021 IFLR1000 Canada and United States Awards

For the second year in a row, Sills Cummis & Gross was named “New Jersey Firm of the Year” by IFLR1000 United States.

During the virtual awards ceremony on September 21, 2021, the presenters stated, “[Sills Cummis & Gross] is highly regarded in restructuring and M&A, sought after for its expertise in the biotechnology and life science industries. It celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.” Sills Cummis was selected from a competitive shortlist of five law firms.

According to IFLR1000, capping off months of research into domestic transactions, the awards celebrate the most innovative and impactful legal work in 2020.
