Redevelopment Redo: Is It Time to Reduce Influence of Home Rule?

At this week’s NJBIA Energy & Environmental Policy Forum and in a follow-up Q&A with BINJE, Sills Cummis’ Ted Zangari, Chair of the Sills Cummis Real Estate Department and its Redevelopment Law Practice Group, emphasized the need for a state or regional planning model to advance NJ Transit’s LAND Plan and provided additional thoughts on the current state of redevelopment in New Jersey.
