Proposed Attorney Guidance an ‘Alert’ on Litigation Finance

Jeffrey J. Greenbaum, as co-chair of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s Federal Practice Task Force and the Task Force on Efficient Justice, talked to Bloomberg Law about the proposed ABA Best Practices for Third-Party Litigation Funding.  The proposed Best Practices, Resolution 111A, will be presented to the ABA House of Delegates next week at its virtual 2020 Annual Meeting.
