Stephen A. Moran is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation, Appellate, and Regulatory and Administrative Practice Groups. He handles complex business litigation; regulatory enforcement actions; and advocates for clients on appeal, including matters pending before the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Moran served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Stephanie Ann Mitterhoff in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
During law school, Mr. Moran served as a member of Seton Hall’s Interscholastic Moot Court Board and was Senior Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.
