Shaul Sultan is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Corporate Department.

Mr. Sultan advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience representing both public and privately held companies across various industries and routinely represents strategic buyers, sellers, and investors in middle-market transactions.

In addition to his mergers and acquisitions experience, Mr. Sultan maintains a wide breadth of general corporate law experience. He regularly provides counsel to clients on matters such as company formation, corporate governance, capital raising, commercial arrangements, licensing agreements, joint ventures, strategic planning, and various other business contracts. With his diverse transactional experience, Mr. Sultan is well-equipped to address the complex legal needs of organizations across diverse industry sectors and stages of growth.

He works closely with management teams and boards of directors to implement strategies that help achieve their corporate objectives.
