Michael Savetsky is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on creditors’ rights in the context of complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and proceedings, including representing creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, vendors, customers, and other parties in interest in all facets of complex Chapter 11 cases and financial restructurings in a variety of industries. He is also experienced in representing debtors, lessors, asset purchasers, post-confirmation plan administrators and liquidating trustees, and plaintiffs and defendants in avoidance actions and other bankruptcy-related litigation.

Prior to joining Sills Cummis, Mr. Savetsky practiced at Lowenstein Sandler, where he focused on bankruptcy and restructuring work. He started his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
