Lori K. Sapir is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department.

Ms. Sapir has substantial experience handling a broad range of litigation matters, including general business litigation, real estate related litigation, insurance defense, banking and finance, and bankruptcy cases.  Ms. Sapir represents companies and individuals in federal and state courts in New York, creditors, debtors and plan administrators in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, and prominent national banks and servicers in asset recovery litigation.

Before joining Sills Cummis & Gross, Ms. Sapir was an associate with the firm of Silverberg Stonehill Goldsmith & Haber, P.C. where her practice focused on commercial litigation. Ms. Sapir also gained extensive experience as a litigation associate with the New York firm of Ronemus & Vilensky, LLP.
