Laura E. Sedlak is Co-Chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross Antitrust Practice Group and a Member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Sedlak has experience assisting a diverse range of clients in antitrust, intellectual property and class actions, as well as other commercial disputes, in both state and federal courts and arbitrations. Ms. Sedlak also serves on the Firm’s Diversity Committee.

Ms. Sedlak’s pro bono experience includes civil and criminal matters involving eyewitness misidentification and wrongful disclosure of confidential medical records for individuals living with HIV.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Sedlak was an Associate at the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

During law school, she was a Notes Editor of the Cornell Law Review and served on the Grievance Board.
