Laura E. Sedlak is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Sedlak has experience assisting a diverse range of clients in antitrust, intellectual property and franchise litigation, as well as other commercial disputes, in both state and federal courts. Ms. Sedlak also serves on the Firm’s Diversity Committee.

Ms. Sedlak’s pro bono experience includes civil and criminal matters involving eyewitness misidentification, wrongful disclosure of confidential medical records for individuals living with HIV and legal assistance efforts after Hurricane Sandy.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Sedlak was an Associate at the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

During law school, she was a Notes Editor of the Cornell Law Review and served on the Grievance Board.
