Joshua J. Koodray, a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department, is an experienced land use and zoning attorney who represents property owners, developers, and institutional investors in all aspects of real estate acquisition and development. He focuses his practice on land use, redevelopment, affordable housing, and related litigation. Mr. Koodray regularly appears before planning and zoning boards and courts throughout New Jersey. He has successfully handled a wide range of complex entitlement matters involving multi-family, transit-oriented development, adaptive reuse, warehouse, and industrial projects and is adept at navigating New Jersey’s regulatory landscape.

Mr. Koodray started his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Mega, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Union County. During law school, he served as a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board.
