Gerald (Jerry) Jakubovic is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Intellectual Property Practice Group. His practice focuses on domestic and international intellectual property matters for clients across a diverse range of industries, including fashion, technology, finance, consumer goods, digital currency, and pharmaceuticals.
While addressing his clients’ immediate concerns regarding trademarks and brands, Mr. Jakubovic also helps with their future brand protection. He assists clients with all aspects of brand development and management, including trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing, enforcement and infringement matters, and domain name issues and disputes. He also helps clients with IP issues in connection with corporate and financing transactions, including analyzing IP-related provisions and agreements and conducting due diligence.
Mr. Jakubovic understands that advancing clients’ interests requires close collaboration, often with their marketing, advertising, communications, and product line management departments, and is proactive in protecting the valuable intellectual property of clients.
