Harvey T. Haber is a Member of the Firm and is resident in the Firm’s New York office. He has practiced corporate, business and commercial law for over 30 years. He represents numerous business entities and counsels them on a wide variety of transactional and corporate matters including financings, acquisitions, employment matters, and general business and legal issues.
A substantial portion of Mr. Haber’s practice is the representation of financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex business finance transactions. His clients include a number of major banks, factors and asset-based lenders. He is also primary outside counsel to a large private equity fund administrator. He is a member of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys and is involved in numerous community and industry-related activities.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Haber was a member of Silverberg Stonehill Goldsmith & Haber, P.C. for over 20 years, was general counsel to a financial services company and was associated with a mid-size law firm, all in New York City.
