Dylan Raife is Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Raife has more than a decade of experience litigating high-stakes patent and intellectual property matters for domestic and international clients. His practice focuses on patent litigation across federal courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), as well as inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). His litigation experience spans a broad range of technologies, including medical devices, Bluetooth, OLED displays, video compression, voice recognition, electrochromic glass, and vape pens. He has also litigated copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes.

Mr. Raife previously worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he represented clients in intellectual property disputes.

Mr. Raife is a member of the California and Iowa State Bars and is not currently admitted to practice in New York or New Jersey.
