Dan Perlman brings over twenty-five years of legal and business experience to a wide range of clients. Mr. Perlman has represented clients in all aspects of real estate and corporate finance, including real property and asset-based lending, real estate and business development, acquisitions and dispositions, condominium formations, loan workout matters typically representing the secured lender, and bankruptcy analysis for both secured and unsecured creditors. His representation spans a wide range of industries, including real estate development, hospitality, power companies, manufacturing, fintech and online platforms, for single purpose entities, joint ventures, startups and middle market companies at various stages.

Prior to joining Sills Cummis, Mr. Perlman was the founder and managing partner of Foley Perlman & Campbell, a full-service multi-state law firm. He began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, and then as an attorney with the law firms of McDermott Will & Emery and Reed Smith. In addition to founding and managing his law firm, Mr. Perlman has successfully built, owned and exited retail and technology ventures.

Mr. Perlman utilizes his unique background and demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice, risk-management assessment and analysis of legal and regulatory landscapes, in combination with practical business solutions and opportunities that are pragmatically communicated with key stakeholders.
