Daniel A. Cozzi is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department. Mr. Cozzi represents large and small companies in all aspects of commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on construction litigation and business disputes. His experience includes defending corporate clients on matters involving claims of fraud, breach of contract, construction defect and statutory violations in state and federal courts. Mr. Cozzi also regularly assists developers, general contractors and design professionals in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, this includes revisions and modifications to AIA construction contracts as well as custom agreements.

Mr. Cozzi is experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), having represented clients in mediation and arbitration before JAMS, AAA and private arbiters. Mr. Cozzi has also served as a mediator for the Middlesex County Bar Association Chancery Early Settlement Program. In addition, Mr. Cozzi has experience in financial services litigation and creditor’s rights matters.
