Charles W. Mondora is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department, where he focuses on complex business litigation and commercial disputes. He has served as lead trial counsel for national corporations and frequently represents clients in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, and in arbitration.
Mr. Mondora consistently advises clients on strategies to help mitigate risk, guiding them through every stage of the litigation process, from inception through trial, including alternative dispute resolution and mediation. His experience also encompasses cases involving professional liability, and liability for data breaches and other cybersecurity issues.
Mr. Mondora is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Alvaro L. Iglesias of the New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson Vicinage. During law school, he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review.
