Caroline Caulfield is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. Ms. Caulfield concentrates her practice on redevelopment, commercial real estate, and land use.

During law school, Ms. Caulfield served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Barbara Moses in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She received the 2023 Rutgers Law School Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Prize awarded to the graduating student who achieved the best record in the New Jersey Practice course.

Prior to law school, Ms. Caulfield served as Chief of Constituent Affairs for the City of Hoboken and worked in the Office of United States Senator Cory A. Booker.
