Alexandra R. Rinaldi is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. She concentrates her legal practice on land use, zoning, and redevelopment matters, representing developers and landowners before planning boards, municipal bodies, and administrative agencies. She also supports clients throughout the redevelopment process, bringing her environmental law experience to each stage.

In addition to her transactional and advisory work, prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Rinaldi practiced environmental litigation, handling matters related to regulatory compliance, site remediation, and enforcement actions.

During law school, Ms. Rinaldi served as a research assistant, investigating novel issues in both domestic and international environmental law, and helped draft amicus briefs submitted to various human rights tribunals. She also worked as a student attorney for the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic.
