Adam J. Landy is an Associate in the Litigation Department at Sills Cummis & Gross. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and related regulatory matters in state and federal courts, including motion practice and discovery in document-intensive disputes. He has experience assisting on cross-border matters, including U.S. discovery in aid of foreign proceedings, as well as matters involving regulated industries and agency-facing proceedings. Mr. Landy has supported clients across a range of industries, including hospitality and restaurants, regulated gaming, health care and life sciences, aviation, and technology. He regularly assists litigation teams with developing factual records through document review and detailed chronologies; drafting briefs and other advocacy submissions; preparing written discovery requests and responses; and supporting deposition preparation.
Prior to joining Sills Cummis & Gross, Mr. Landy practiced in the New York office of an Am Law 100 law firm. During law school, he served as a Senior Articles Editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Liberty.
