NJ Marriage Equality Bill Reflects Concern That SCOTUS Will Overturn ‘Obergefell’

Prol said the trial court decision was ‘vulnerable and legally tenuous,’ but the legislation ‘cements marriage equality and the rights of committed same-sex couples and their families.’”
