National Institute on E-Discovery

With the amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding discovery of electronically stored information on track to take effect in December 2006, this national institute will provide comprehensive programming on the case law leading up to the amendments, how the amendments will change current law, and the practical implications for in-house counsel and outside litigators who are proponents and respondents to discovery requests.
