NAIOP NJ Program Focuses on Future of New Jersey’s Incentive Programs

Sills Cummis’ Ted Zangari participated in a panel discussion on State Incentives and Opportunity Zones at NAIOP NJ’s Next Generation Incentives: Building on Success.  Speaking on behalf of the Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition, he articulated that despite disagreements among policymakers about the specifics, they all agree that incentives are important.
