In the December 2008 issue of Real Estate New Jersey (RENJ), the publication’s Editorial Advisory Board provided their opinions on the impact of the incoming Obama Administration on New Jersey real estate and business in an article entitled “Deconstructing Obama.” Ted Zangari, a Member of Sills Cummis & Gross and RENJ’s Editorial Advisory Board, offered many insights including, “Barack Obama will have an enormously positive impact on real estate development in a land-constrained state such as New Jersey where the remaining sites for housing and commercial buildings are mostly redevelopment areas.”
