Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years of experience in the following areas:
- Commercial real estate finance.
- Real estate acquisition and disposition.
- General real estate transactional experience (Purchase and Sale Agreements, leasing, lease buyouts).
Qualifications
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Candidate must be admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and State of New York.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact and build relationships directly with clients.
