The May 10, 2007 issue of The Jersey Journal contains an article about the unsecured creditors involved in the Bayonne Medical Center bankruptcy. The article states that “Last week the [Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors] selected attorney Andrew Sherman of the Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross law firm in Newark to represent its interests before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.”
