Attorney General Releases New Jersey SAFE Task Force Report

On April 10, 2013, the Office of the Attorney General released the final report of the New Jersey SAFE Task Force, created by Governor Christie. The Task Force, co-chaired by Peter Verniero, evaluated violence in New Jersey and its intersection with the issues of gun control, addiction, mental health and school safety.
