Sills Cummis & Gross was named “New Jersey Firm of the Year” 2024 by Benchmark Litigation. This is the eighth consecutive year Sills Cummis & Gross received this honor. In addition to being named “New Jersey Firm of the Year” by Benchmark Litigation since 2017, Sills Cummis & Gross was named “General Litigation Department of the Year – Midsize” by the New Jersey Law Journal in 2023, 2020, 2019 and 2016.

The Benchmark Litigation U.S. Awards Ceremony was held in New York City on March 13, 2024. Sills Cummis & Gross was one of four law firms nominated for this recognition. The winner was chosen based upon research conducted between February and October 2023.

Sills Cummis & Gross, a full-service commercial law firm, is built on a singular idea – putting our clients first. Our client roster ranges from Fortune 500 to emerging growth and foreign corporations doing business in the United States. Our clients know that our goal is to be their advocate and to efficiently resolve the matters we are retained to handle. We are mindful of budget constraints and effectively staff matters so that we can work within our clients’ parameters. We are service providers and our greatest asset is our client base. To preserve that asset, we keep our clients informed every step of the way. This is why many of our clients have retained us for decades and continue to keep us on the top of their lists of service providers.

Benchmark Litigation, published by Delinian Limited (formerly Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC), is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation and dispute resolution in the United States. The results of Benchmark Litigation stem from the culmination of a research period during which researchers conduct extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms. During these interviews, researchers examine recent casework handled by law firms and ask individual litigators to provide their professional opinions on peers and practitioners within their jurisdiction or practice area.
