This article confirmed that the Smart Growth Coalition is staying true to its theme, “Mend It, Don’t End It,” in relation to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s Economic Redevelopment & Growth and Grow New Jersey incentives programs, and growing and retaining businesses in New Jersey.
Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition Founder and Co-Chair of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department Ted Zangari was quoted stating: “The only way to grow your top line is to attract businesses. And, the only way to attract businesses, when other states are gunning for them, is to level the cost differential — and that means incentives.”
