Mark W. Saks is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Saks’ practice ranges from real estate financing matters to loan workouts and modifications to purchase/sale agreements for a variety of asset types as well as joint venture agreements. He has structured, negotiated, and closed real estate deals ranging from $2 million to over $100 million.
Mr. Saks brings a dual perspective to his matters, having started his career in the New York office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, then moving to Pryor Cashman, before becoming General Counsel to a significant family office and foundation.
