Kelly Fantasia, HR Director at Sills Cummis & Gross, is responsible for the development and oversight of the Human Resources Department in support of the Firm’s strategic plan, specifically in the areas of employee management and non-lawyer recruiting.
Ms. Fantasia has extensive experience leading HR teams in the professional services space. Throughout her career, she has developed experience in succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, change management, benefits and compensation planning, talent acquisition and development, equity and inclusion, performance management, acquisition integration, and legal compliance.
Ms. Fantasia graduated from Monmouth University and holds her SHRM- Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
