Braden B. Couch is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department.
Before transitioning to private practice, Mr. Couch served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, working in the Appellate Unit. He began his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward A. Jerejian, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Bergen County, and the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. During law school, Mr. Couch was an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law.
He is a volunteer at Toni’s Kitchen food pantry in Montclair, NJ.
