Neta-li E. Gottlieb is Counsel in the Sills Cummis & Gross Corporate Practice Group and is resident in the Firm's New York office. Ms. Gottlieb has extensive experience as both an in-house
attorney and an attorney at a top 50 global law firm. She served as General Counsel of Elie Tahari
Ltd., an international fashion company. In
this role she facilitated the development and lead strategic and tactical legal
and business initiatives while serving as the key legal advisor on major
transactions and decisions. Prior to
Elie Tahari, Ms. Gottlieb was a corporate attorney at Proskauer Rose in New
York, focusing on general corporate and M&A transaction work.
Her practice focuses on intellectual property licensing and
general corporate matters, advising designers, professionals and companies of
all sizes in the retail/consumer goods and services areas, on creating
effective strategies for managing, protecting, and expending their brands and
other assets. Before practicing law, Ms. Gottlieb served in a variety of management
and marketing positions and currently serves as board member and advisor to
startup companies in New York.
