Mark S. Olinsky has been a civil and criminal trial lawyer for thirty years. He served as a federal prosecutor in the Office of U.S. Attorney Samuel A. Alito, Jr., and received DOJ's Special Achievement Award for Sustained Superior Performance of Duty. His substantive experience includes defense of federal and state civil RICO actions. Mr. Olinsky's diverse case load includes complex business disputes, health care litigation and white-collar criminal defense. His courtroom experience includes many jury and bench trials, arbitrations and appellate arguments.
He has conducted numerous internal investigations involving allegations of corporate fraud and has represented both individuals and corporations in a wide variety of government investigations, particularly in the health care and pharmaceutical industries.
