Lori K. Sapir is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Department.
Ms. Sapir has substantial experience handling a broad range of litigation matters, including general business litigation, real estate related litigation, insurance defense, banking and finance, and bankruptcy cases. Ms. Sapir represents companies and individuals in federal and state courts in New York in all aspects of commercial litigation. She also represents prominent national banks and servicers in asset recovery litigation, including complex foreclosure matters, lender liability claims, title issues, priority disputes, and related Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy issues.
Before joining Sills Cummis & Gross, Ms. Sapir was an associate with the firm of Silverberg Stonehill Goldsmith & Haber, P.C. where her practice focused on commercial litigation. Ms. Sapir also gained extensive experience as a litigation associate with the New York firm of Ronemus & Vilensky, LLP.
