Harvey T. Haber has practiced corporate, business and commercial law for over 30 years. He represents numerous business entities and counsels them on a wide variety of transactional and corporate matters including financings, acquisitions, employment matters, and general business and legal issues.

A substantial portion of Mr. Haber’s practice is the representation of financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex business finance transactions. His clients include a number of major banks, factors and asset-based lenders. He is also primary outside counsel to a large private equity fund administrator. He is a member of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys and is involved in numerous community and industry-related activities.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Haber was a member of Silverberg Stonehill Goldsmith & Haber, P.C. for over 20 years, was general counsel to a financial services company and was associated with a mid-size law firm, all in New York City.
