Corey Klein is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department and focuses on land use, redevelopment, zoning and related litigation.  Mr. Klein provides counsel to real estate developers regarding development proposals and handles all aspects of applications to municipal land use boards from application preparation to resolution compliance. In addition to his land use and redevelopment practice, Mr. Klein also handles municipal property tax appeals for commercial property owners.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Klein was an associate at Hehl & Hehl after clerking for the Honorable Daniel R. Lindemann, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Union Vicinage.  Earlier in his career, he worked as a print journalist and won awards from the New Jersey Press Association and the Society of Professional Journalists for writing and reporting.
