Adam J. Faiella is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. Mr. Faiella focuses his practice on land use, redevelopment, zoning, and related litigation. He represents property owners and developers with obtaining site plan, subdivision, and variance approvals from municipal and county land use boards throughout the State of New Jersey across all asset classes. He has appeared before the Superior Court of New Jersey in actions in lieu of prerogative writ in litigation relating to land use applications. He also represents clients in the redevelopment process, which involves working with municipal officials to designate an area in need of redevelopment, adopt a redevelopment plan, designate a redeveloper, and negotiate and execute a redevelopment agreement. Mr. Faiella has also successfully sought and obtained long term tax exemptions and negotiated financial agreements for clients.

Mr. Faiella has guest lectured on land use law at the Monmouth University Kislak Real Estate Institute. He was a Summer Associate at the Firm.
