Lawrence Horn, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Tax and Business Crimes White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group, was interviewed for a Bloomberg article on UBS AG’s wealthy U.S. clients who are settling tax liabilities with the IRS before the bank’s possible disclosure of their names to the U.S. government.
