Mark A. Nehme is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Employment and Labor Practice Group. He represents and counsels employers in connection with employment law and human resources issues, such as harassment and discrimination, wage and hour law, family leave laws and workplace accommodations, among others. Mr. Nehme represents management in employment law litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.

In addition to employment law, Mr. Nehme also has commercial litigation experience.

During law school, he was a senior editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
