Amy Buck is Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department. Ms. Buck focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties. She also advises on general corporate governance issues.
In addition to her experience representing lenders, Ms. Buck served as Associate General Counsel for an asset-based, hard money lending company, where she supervised counsel in the closings of commercial mortgage loan transactions, handled all aspects of servicing loans and negotiations of workout, forbearance and modification agreements, and maintained compliance with hedge fund and credit facility requirements.
